This 2-story condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and amazing views of the Gulf from all points outside. This means the front patio area, the upper balcony and the back deck. No matter the time of day, you can sit outside, enjoying your coffee or sweet tea and the coastal breeze, in the shade.
Long Beach is a perfect location for enjoying all the MS Gulf Coast has to offer. From good restaurants to coastal events. It hosts some events for Cruising' the Coast and is Jeep Central for Jeepin' the Coast weekend. Located along 26 miles of white sand beach, you only need walk across the street to enjoy some sun and sand. Or get on the boardwalk, go for a morning run, an afternoon bike ride, or an evening stroll along the water. It's only a few miles from Island View Casino in Gulfport and a few more miles to Beau Rivage, Hard Rock and other Biloxi Casinos. Take the Amtrak Mardi Gras Line from Gulfport or Bay St Louis to New Orleans, LA or Mobile, AL for the day.

We offer 2 spots in the gated Grand Riviera RV Resort. These HUGE spots are perfectly situated in Foley. Each spot measures 18 x 70 ft. More than enough room for your rig, your vehicle and a spot to Sit a Spell. They are back-in with full hookups, all utilities included. The resort offers 3 pools (1 heated!), pickleball courts, 3 clubhouses wth showers, 2 coin operated laundry rooms, a playground and a dog park. Electric go-carts, putt-putt golf, batting cage and arcade are right outside of the park entrance.
Whether you're coming to visit the region's biggest indoor waterpark, Tropic Falls at OWA or watch the kids at a soccer, lacrosse or baseball tournament, you can shop, eat and relax on the beach while you're here. Located across the street from OWA and Foley Sports Tourism Complex, it's minutes from Tanger Outlets and restaurants galore, including Lambert's Cafe, Home of Throwed Rolls. Only 20 minutes to the Gulf Shore Beaches and Orange Beach. Heck, Pensacola, FL and the Blue Angels are only 45 minutes away!
